Full technical support and peace of mind, knowing that, in the unlikely event of a problem, professional assistance is no more than a phone call away is a vital part of the operation in the UK. That is why we have a strategic alliance with the Certa Group to ensure that we are confident in providing the highest levels of product support available.

Certa Group are able to provide a seamless service, encompassing the full post-order process, from factory liaison to handing over the project to the client at the end, they have the infrastructure to look after the sale. With a dedicated logistics division, full secure storage facilities and project management and installation teams, they will coordinate the delivery, to the UK if necessary and then on to site; the positioning of equipment in its final location and then the installation and handover process. In addition, once the equipment is in the hands of customer, they will provide a full service and maintenance package.

Technical Support : Whether it is providing details of services, setting up the equipment prior to use or learning how to get the best out of it, we are always on hand to give exactly the information or advice needed. Sometimes what can seem like a simple problem to solve can be frustrating to rectify – having someone who knows the product inside out available is invaluable and our dedicated support team are there to help.

Spare Parts : Full exploded diagrams for easy parts identification are the starting point for our spare parts service. We hold spare parts in the UK and can also provide a critical parts list for clients, enabling them to hold consumables on site to avoid delays in getting their equipment back up and running.

Service Call-Outs : Unfortunately from time to time equipment does go wrong. Whether it’s in or out of the warranty, we have our own dedicated service operation, supplemented by a nationwide network of trained technicians to get you back up and running with the shortest of delays.
